Adventure Party – Devon’s 7th Birthday
For Devon’s 7th birthday we had a some outdoor games and a short obstacle course which culminated in the children climbing a dirt hill with the help of a rope. We ended the afternoon with hike through the forest. Below are some photos, and a highlight video, of the Adventure Party: Stay up to date
August’s “Adventure Saturday”
In August 2019 Red King Adventures hosted an “Adventure Saturday”. We had a group of kids ranging from 5 to 10 years old. We did a variety of activities including team relays, obstacle courses and free climbing. Here’s a video containing some of the highlights from the day: #RedKingAdventures
Adventure of Camping and Hiking in the Kleinrivier Wilderness (Part 1)
For this adventure I took my family on camping trip to Kleinrivier Wilderness Area. It was a 400km drive to the Reserve which is located near Uitenage. We camped at a site called Soetdorings (“Sweet Thorns”), so named because of the thousands of thorn trees throughout the reserve. We booked out the entire site so
